Dear Recruiter

Please remove me from your database and don’t contact me again.

You are obviously spamming every developer in your database based on a key term search or some other effortless method.

While you don’t want to waste your time looking at the qualifications of those you spam, you have no issue with wasting our time.

Wasting our time shows a lack of integrity and gives all recruiters a bad name.

Had you taken a peek at the job description and a glance at whatever information you have on me, you would realize that this job posting has nothing to do with my skillset, and likely the skillset of 99.9% of the 10,000 other developers you’ve spammed. It’s a shot in the dark that wastes countless hours of those you spam. But you likely don’t care about that.

If you don’t like your job enough to actually do it well, find a different career.

-Every developer, ever.
